WOMEN ROCK SADLEIR HOUSE AT WRW 2009
They came, they rocked, they conquered. Fifteen hard rockin' women blasted Sadleir House
with the sounds of rock, grunge, blues and country all weekend long at Women's Rock
Weekend 2009. And you say they've never played before? The weekend was a ton of fun,
and raised almost $2500 for RC4G's equipment and subsidy funds. Thanks to all our
volunteers, Peggy Bailie of Local Table for great grub, Roland Canada for those honkin'
guitar and bass pedals, and of course the women who rocked all weekend for a great cause.
Check out the
photos.

RC4G HAS A HOME
That's right, RC4G now has its very own office space right upstairs at Rock Camp Central,
aka Sadleir House. Once we've recovered from WRW, we hope to use the space as a
resource centre and base for some workshops and special events over the winter. We'll
keep everyone posted as to event details and office hours.
